Although Granola Products are built to last, we occasionally get one or two bags a month sent back for repairs. As part of our Consume Consciously Guarantee, we're happy to offer this service in order to keep our fellow Granola's adventuring and our products out of the landfill. It's extra awesome when we get to hear about the experiences people have with our products, like in the letter below.
